My Values and What to Expect

Meeting for learning, processing, grieving, healing, and growing, we may incorporate a personalized blend of somatics, psychoeducation, and an "intuitive" approach to nutrition as these are foundational to your well-being. Our time together may result in understanding, validating, appreciating, trusting, and even liking yourself more deeply. We will collaborate on what feels most empowering to you.

I hold a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with an Emphasis in Professional Clinical Counseling and a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education with a Concentration in Psychology. Inasmuch as I work within what is referred to as the Mental Health Industrial Complex*, I remain committed to decolonization through continuous reflection, feedback, and lifelong learning. I practice this alongside my supervisor, colleagues, and clients in Illinois and Indiana as part of Hold the Vision Therapy Chicago.

I meet with:

Individuals of all ages

Partners in all stages

Parents & Families
